We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive RECRUITER with experience in creative environment / software development company / R&D company or start-up. Your mission will be to seek out and hire the best talent in Russia and other nearby countries.
- Recruiting software developers, system administrators, dev ops and QA engineers;
- Managing outsource vendors that also supply us with human talent;
- Managing candidates interview process;
- Participating in the global HR team, collaborating with HR managers in other locations;
- Improving processes in recruiting;
- HR branding, working with management to improve our company image to attract better talent;
- Providing content for the company site that is related to recruiting;
- Monitoring labor markets in several countries.
- Ideal candidate will have experience as an HR recruiter in a technical company such as software development, IT, project management, R&D, or a creative industry.
- Fluent English and Russian are the MUST;
- Any additional language (especially German and Spanish) is a big plus;
- Basic skills in IT and/or software development would be a big plus;
- Mature personality, strategic thinking and high social competence;
- Great communication skills.
